These cute designs were created for Red Riding Hood Yarns Winter Club. The theme was Dr Seuss’s “The Cat in the Hat”. Both whimsical patterns totally captured the spirit of Seuss.

“Thingamajigger” is a stunning textured pullover for the boys, with a hint of cheeky pocket contrast colour. “Doodad” is the perfect dress for getting up to mischief in for the girls, with a detailed cabled neckline and twirly skirt.

The colours of yarn for these pattern were inspired by the colour scheme of the book. “Thing 1 & Thing 2” is a bright teal with a bright pop of red “Fun-in-a-box” contrast for the boys. While “Fun that is Funny” is a purple leaning pink for the girls, bright and bubbly.
